Emily's MATES Big Lap
Story
Hi everyone!
I'm excited to announce that throughout May, I'll be taking on the physical and fundraising challenge of the MATES Big Lap. My goal is to commit to and complete a specific amount of physical activity by tracking the kilometres I cover each day, all while raising awareness and funds for MATES. The distance covered by each participant will be added together to hopefully achieve one Big Lap of Australia!
My distance goal is 350km which I will do by running and cycling!🚲 🏃🏼♀️
I firmly believe that supporting this cause is important not only for our community, but also for my personal wellbeing. By pushing myself physically, I'll not only be improving my fitness and mental health but also demonstrating my dedication to the cause.
There will be regular updates throughout the month to keep you all up to date on the Big Lap progress. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference and help MATES continue their crucial work.
Thank you for joining me and MATES on this journey towards a healthier and more aware community.
